How can I close my Pin-Up account or set up self-exclusion?
You can close your Pin up account or activate self-exclusion any time through support:
- Log in to your Pin-Up account (website or mobile app).
- Go to Profile / Account settings and look for Responsible gaming or Account status (if available in your version).
- If there is a Self-exclusion or Account closure option, choose:
- Temporary block (for a set period), or
- Permanent closure.
- If you don’t see the option, contact Support via live chat or email and clearly write:
- Your account ID or registered email/phone.
- That you want self-exclusion or permanent account closure.
Once confirmed, you will not be able to log in or place bets in the casino or sportsbook during the exclusion period. Tip: withdraw any remaining balance before requesting full closure, if possible.
