How do I verify my Pin-Up account (KYC)?

To verify your Pin up account (KYC), you need to confirm your identity and payment details so you can withdraw safely:

  1. Log in to your Pin-Up account and go to “Profile” or “Account”.
  2. Open the “Verification” / “KYC” section.
  3. Upload clear photos of:
    • Your National ID / Passport / Driving Licence (front and back)
    • Sometimes a selfie holding the same ID
  4. If asked, upload proof of address (e.g. utility bill, bank statement, mobile bill) not older than 3 months.
  5. For casino withdrawals, confirm your payment method (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Bank card etc., if requested).
  6. Submit and wait for review; usually it takes a few hours to 1–2 working days.
