Why does the Pin-Up app keep crashing on my device?

If the Pin up app is crashing, it’s usually due to an outdated version, low memory, or a problem with the install.

Try these steps:

Restart your phone – turn it off and on, then open the app again.
Update the app – go to where you downloaded Pin-Up, check for the latest version, and install the update.
Clear cache/data (Android):
- Open Settings → Apps → Pin-Up.
- Tap Storage → Clear cache. If needed, also tap Clear data.
Free up space – delete unused apps/files so the casino app has enough memory.
Reinstall the app – uninstall Pin-Up, then download the official APK again and install.

If it still crashes, test on Wi‑Fi instead of mobile data and check that your Android or iOS version is supported by the app.
