How to recover Pin-Up password or username?
If you forgot your Pin up login details, you can restore access in a few minutes.
To recover your password:
- Go to the Pin-Up website or casino app and click “Login”.
- Choose “Forgot password?”.
- Enter your email or phone number used for registration.
- Confirm the request and check your SMS or email for the reset code or link.
- Follow the link/code, create a new strong password, and save it.
To recover your username (login):
- Check old emails or SMS from Pin-Up – your login is often mentioned there.
- If you still cannot find it, contact Support via live chat or email and provide your phone number, email, and ID details for verification.
